Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Wonder Esthetics charges a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations with 24 hours of scheduled appointment and all no shows. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Wonder Esthetics at (540) 699-0457 as soon as possible to reschedule.
There is a 10 minute grace period. Once 10 minutes has past from your scheduled appointment time, with no contact, the appointment will be considered a no show. No shows will incur a 50% no show fee, of the scheduled service.
Wonder Esthetics has the sole and absolute discretion to block anyone from booking appointments at anytime, for any reason.
